Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer shipping to addresses in Spain and across Europe.

  • Spain: Orders shipped within Spain will typically be delivered within 24 to 72 hours.
  • Europe: Orders shipped to European countries will typically be delivered within 3 days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.

f you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or lost package, please contact our customer service team at contact@wearevolver.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For orders shipped outside of Spain, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your towels, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items (if applicable, state if all sales are final)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and the return authorization slip in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@wearevolver.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
